We really like the four seasons in this upper part of the South East, except for the humidity during the summer. RDU does not have all the convenience of other large metropolitans such as San Francisco, NY or Boston. The North Carolina Coast, the Outer Banks, and the Blue Ridge Mountain are among our favorite local vacation spots. When the weather turns rough during the hurricane (yes we traded in earthquake) season, we turn to our home theater, karaoke, and reading.

Once a long while (when we save up enough frequent flyer miles), we journey to more exotic places as such Aruba or Hawaii. I would love to trek across America in the near future, visiting places like the Glacier National Park, Yellowstone/Grand Teton, Grand Canyons, Alaska and Baja.
