These are some past project orientated courses. We are no longer able to offer instruction in woodworking.

This project is our Fundamentals of Woodworking course. The course covers gluing up stock, lathe work, Band saw, router (hand held & table mounted), pattern cutting, drilling, and much more. The course covers all the machines needed to get started in woodworking, and it gives you an idea of what machines do and what to look for when you purchase one. You begin with a set of plans, then develop a list of materials needed for your project. Next we go with you to purchase your lumber. You will then use a planer and jointer to dimension your stock. Then the fun begins. At the end of the course you will have a table that you built yourself and can be proud of. We reserve the right to change this project to meet your specific needs.
This project is our Red Oak cabinet. It has a raised panel door and hand made molding.
This is an example of our advanced Lathe turning. These finials need to have the ends removed before they will look the same as the original.
This is an example of student requested course back in 1993 that we estimate would take four days. It however, took much longer than that. At the end the student ask me to finish the project for him, because he was not able to get any more time off from work. I was glad to do this to help him out.
