There is a lot of important information to review before renting Huska's Haven. All of this information is located in the contracts. The contracts outlines all the rules that you and your guests must abide by (i.e. smoking, pets, etc.) to protect both you and the owners. The contracts also offer a lot of valuable information about Huska's Haven (i.e. check in time, trash removal, etc.). The Hot Tub contract only requires signing if you decide to rent the hot tub but you are still responsible for any damage if you decide not to use it (i.e. damage to the cover). You will be asked to sign two copies of each of the contracts (one to for you to keep and one to send to the owners).
