Dr. Kevin Freeman arrived at UNCP in 2004 after serving for three years in the Department of Government at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

MA: Baylor University, 1994

Ph.D.: University of Alabama, 2000

 

Dr. Freeman's research interests include international transboundary water disputes and sustainable development issues.
