How I feel about actual Child Abuse My son died of Actual Child Abuse inflicted on him by his aunt. I hate Child abuse! But sometimes, most times than not, children are taken from loving, caring families for things other than child abuse. I advocate for families and children that have been falsely accused of child abuse or neglect, but If I find out that the story you tell me is not true I will offer you advice, but I will not help you. I am not an attorney, I am a paralegal student in NC. I know most of the laws and statutes on the juvenile statutes here. But I will not do your case for you, I will help you to learn how to do it for yourself. Because my son died from Child Abuse, I will not offer assistance to anyone that truely abuses thier children!
