Exercise Instruction to include stretching and free weights. 7:00 pm. Lauren Tochacek’s

house. Amy and Clay Matthews to provide instruction on correct movements and techniques.

of SouthPoint store, followed by light dinner in Nordstrom's Cafe. 6:00 pm.
