- No. We do not rent for prom week, senior week or for the season.

- How do I reserve my weeks?

- Check your weeks in the availability calendar (Link)
- Email us (Link)
- We will email you the rental contract.
- Print the contract and fill in the required information.
- Sign, initial and date the contract in the places provided.
- Enclose the signed contract in an envelope with a check for
- 50% of the total rental rate. The balance and the security deposit
- are due 30 days before you arrive.
- Make the check payable to Marie Mulroy.
- Mail the contract and check to the address shown at the bottom
- of the contract.

- How close are the boardwalk and the beach?
- They are a 3 minute walk away. We recommend a day pass if
- you will be going on a lot of rides.
- Check out the water parks, they are a lot of fun!

- Do I need to purchase beach tags?
- No beach tags. Beaches in the Wildwoods are FREE

- Are the beaches clean?
- Yes. Each night the North Wildwood beaches are cleaned and
- combed for your daily enjoyment.

- Are Lifeguards on duty during the Summer?
- Yes. The North Wildwood Lifeguard Headquarters is located on
- the beach at 15th Avenue. Lifeguards are also on duty
- at 17th Avenue.

- Is there handicap access to the beach?
- Yes. The Lifeguard Headquarters at 15th, will transport you via
- jeep/truck, and/or loan you a water chair for the beach.

- Is the rental child proof?
- No, but it is child friendly.

- Can I rent beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach items?
- Yes. There usually is a rental stand on the beach near 16th.

- Is there a grill?
- Yes, you have your own gas grill and grilling utensils.
- Local fire regulations do not permit grill use on the porch,
- only in the back yard.

- Are pets allowed in the unit?
- Pets are not allowed. Please see our policies page (Link) for
- more information.

- Are pets allowed on the beach or boardwalk?
- No. During the Summer season the Wildwood beaches do not
- allow pets.

- Is smoking allowed?
- Not inside. Please see our policies page (Link) for more
- information.

- Are linens provided?
- No. Please bring your own bed linens. We've found that our
- guests prefer to use their own sheets and towels.

- What are the bed sizes?
- 2 queen, 2 twin and 1 full

- Is there a telephone?
- Yes, there is a phone in the kitchen and phone jacks in the
- front and middle bedrooms.
- Local telephone calls are free.
- Long distance calls can be made using your personal calling
- card or cell phone.

- What are the amenities, how is the kitchen stocked, what
utensils, etc?
- We have tried to provide most of what you might need.
