Diamond Mind Baseball Replay Alliance
"The One Constant through all the Years, has been Baseball...The DMBRA allows its members to replay seasons of Baseball's Past
with stock teams. Members manage a Stock Team through full seasons, enjoying the
fun of managing a team, attempting to out-manage their historical counterpart, and
sharing exciting races and rivalries with other members of the DMBRA.
We use the most up-to-date DMB release, currently v9.0.
Members select and replay a stock team for that year, in the subsequent years of the
Theme, members may retain this same team (from year to year),
or change to a new team, selecting from those available.
Each theme is a season, which runs on a 6-month
schedule, and we play series-by-series, updates occur after each series (twice weekly).
This allows the full range of DMB features to be employed, such as fatigue,
real pitching rotations and bullpen usage, etc.
We've just added a draft-trader-keeper league, played under the same procedures, played with DMB's excellent Projection Disk, to allow our members to add GM'ing to their fun (without the usual draft-keeper league headaches of usage and small sampleSize anomolies)!

We play with stock teams in our football leagues as well. APFRA is a league of fellows that
plays with stock teams of historic seasons.
We also play an annual Projection League. Stock teams are taken using ActionPC's excellent
Projection Disk, and we play along with the actual NFL season.
We have 2 "themes" running, a 1978 beginning
(16 game season), and a 1968 theme (which began in 1967).
