After installing the "No-CD
crack", you still need the CD to start the game.
But once you get to the menus,
the CD isn't accessed anymore.
You can take out the CD and
start it on another PC on your LAN!
You must perform a FULL INSTALL
of High Stakes first.
To install the crack:
1. copy "NoCD.reg" to
your NFSHS folder
2. import "NoCD.reg"
(just double-click on it)
3. copy the dir
"Music" from "<CD>:\Data\Audio\"
to
"<installdir>\Data\Audio\"
4. copy the dir
"Movies" from "<CD>:\Data\"
to
"<installdir>\Data\"
