Hi, Welcome to the Tarheel Family Home Page.  A link to our current and past family members.

As you follow the links on this page enjoy the photographs and stories of where our family roots are buried and where the living members are surviving.  Look closely, you might find some familiar skeletons hiding in a closet!

We’re the Cappadona Clan.  We have a multi-cultured background that includes roots from Western European countries; including Italy, Scotland, Germany, Switzerland, England and Ireland.  And, there is even some Native American, African and Cajun blood pumping in our veins.

We are a military based, flag waving, patriotic pack of loyal Americans.  Our ancestors have served in every branch of the American Armed Services.  Our loudest cheer goes to the United States Marine Corps, closely followed by the United States Navy.  As it happens, the owners of this web site include a retired Marine and the daughter of a Cold War Navy Veteran.
