KnightLites' DXPedition to Core Banks, NC -- 1999

I can't tell you how great it was to have these two along. This is Anita Williams, and Barrie Shipman. They sure can dish it out.

Here is a typical cabin at the Alger Willis Fish Camp, the home of the expedition.

This was the cabin assigned to Arlene, KF4YBI. She had it rough!

Another cabin. This was the home of AB4PP, and others, and also served as a secondary operating shack.

Lyn and Anita Williams sure seemed to have a good time. This was about the only time either of them sat down the entire weekend. They are both quite capable of accomplishing a tremendous amount of work.

Mr. and Mrs. Shipman. From near the coast themselves, Don was the primary 80 meter man for the SMiTe to SMiTe schedule with DF2OK. Barrie helped wherever a hand was needed.

Bobbie, KD4ZVW, gets "knighted" for her valiant effort and contributions to the KnightLites. There were numerous "Knightings" after this trip.
